Fabrizio Fiorino specializes in Legal advice and assistance on Italian and European Law and Regulations, International Private Law and is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1795302) .
Fabrizio has undertaken his legal study in Italy completing the Bachelor Degree and (Post Bachelor) School of Law in Italy. He has commenced his legal practice in Italy in 2005 and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association (Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati) in 2008 after the two-year-mandatory training period. He is currently a full member of the Bar Association in Italy with an ongoing track running since 2008. He is also an accredited Mediator in Italy from 2011.
After having practicing as a Lawyer in Italy for six years he moved to Australia in 2012 where he has conducted further study into the Immigration sector (Postgraduate in Migration Law) through the Victoria University and becoming a Registered Migration Agent in 2017.
Since his first days in Australia, Fabrizio has been registered through the Queensland Law Society as an Australian Registered Foreign Lawyer and accordingly fully and exclusively entitled to practice Italian Law in Australia. Read more HERE.
During the early stages of his professional career in Italy, Fabrizio was focused on Litigation and Disputes in Civil Law, specifically in the sectors of property, constructions, contracts, employment and commercial law. Since his move to Australia, Fabrizio has approached the Private International Law dealing with Cross Border issues between Australia and Italy mainly associated to Succession Law, Property, Real Estate, Commercial Law, Family Law and Litigation. In addition, Fabrizio has gained relevant experience in Immigration Law, both Australian and Italian. Over the past decades, he has become a point of contact for all of the Australians with an Italian heritage seeking to gain the Italian Citizenship or for those Australians that are looking to relocate to Italy and investing in the real estate market overseas.
